At Nōa Madrid, we stand for quality. That’s why we provide warranty on all our products in accordance with legal requirements. This means a product must live up to what you can reasonably expect from it.
If you receive a defective or non-functioning item, please contact us within 2 days of discovering the issue at info@noamadrid.com. Include a clear description and photos of the defect. If the item is covered by the warranty, we will offer a suitable solution: repair, replacement, or refund.

Not satisfied with something? We’re sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@noamadrid.com and we’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue.
We respond to complaints within 4 days. If more time is needed, we’ll let you know within that period with a follow-up timeline.
